The Ticket Office and Gift Shop is located at 127 S. Mechanic St. in Lebanon, Ohio.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We can accept the four major credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express, as well as cash. Sorry, we cannot accept personal checks.
When does the train run?
The train runs during most weekends of the year, as well as select week days. Please visit our Calendar of Events page for a complete schedule. We will be closed on weekends if we do not have scheduled rides, as well as certain holidays.
Where does the train go?
The destination of the train depends on what event will be running. Most of our weekend events travel approximately 5 miles to Hageman Junction. The train occasionally travels to Mason or Monroe on special excursions.
Is the train handicapped accessible?
Due to the historic nature of our equipment, the train is not handicapped accessible. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Are the cars heated or air-conditioned?
All cars are heated. Some rail cars are air conditioned, while others feature open windows. Please view the schedule and fare pages for the specific type of equipment offered on your train ride.
Does the train have on board restrooms?
Yes, but we recommend using the restrooms in the station area. Restrooms on the train are small and not ideal for family use.

How much are tickets?
The price of tickets will vary by event. Please visit the event pages for specific details about the ride you are interested in.
How can I purchase tickets?
Tickets can be purchased online from the event pages, over the phone at 513.933.8022, or in person at the Ticket Office at 127 S. Mechanic St. Lebanon, OH 45036. Tickets can be mailed or picked up at the Will Call desk in our ticket office.
Do I need to purchase my tickets in advance?
Advance ticket purchase is recommended. Tickets are sold on a first come basis. Reservations can only be made with advance payment.
Do you keep a wait list for sold out trains?
Sorry, we do not keep a wait list.
What happens if I miss, or can't make my scheduled ride?
If you miss or can't make your scheduled ride, please notify us as soon as possible. We will exchange tickets to a future date only in advance of the ticketed ride, subject to availability.
What is your refund policy?
All sales are final after departure. Exchanges only available in advance of departure, subject to availability. Passengers forfeiting tickets at least 3 days prior to departure are eligible to receive a gift card equal to the value of ticket purchase. No cash refunds. In the event of dispute the decision of company management is final. Trains will run rain or shine. LM&M Railroad reserves the right to cancel any train ride it deems necessary. In the event of a cancellation from the LM&M Railroad, and for which there is no rescheduled date, a full refund for the ticket will be issued.
When should I arrive for my trip, and when will my trip begin boarding?
We recommend arriving 30 minutes prior to your departure. Boarding begins 15 minutes prior to your departure time and the train will depart promptly at the scheduled time. The train operates on Eastern Time.
Can we bring strollers, food, or drinks aboard the train?
Strollers that are collapsible and can easily be stowed are allowed on the train. Guests are permitted to bring their own food and drinks, but are not permitted to bring glass on the train. Concessions may be available on the train for purchase.
